DTC/Dossier to China!!!

Oh, what a feeling to be dancing on the ceiling!!! I know this is a huge relief to my sweet husband that has worked very hard to get all of our dossier off to China while I am away visiting family with the kids. Everything has been notarized, and certified and I don't want to forget authenticated too. Then hand delivered to FedEx and on it's way to America World for approval so it can be off to China on Monday.

We will now just wait for an LID/Log in Date. The Log in Date is the date that our paperwork is logged into China. After our LID we will wait around 6 months for a travel date. What a LONG wait it will be but we are also filled with HUGE excitement in knowing we are getting one step closer to seeing the little boy God has handpicked to be part of our family.

Collecting Dossier Paperwork "Paper Chasing"

Talking to Miss Avery about becoming a big sister AGAIN and about what adopting a child in need really means. She was thrilled.

Our Home Study has been reviewed, corrected and sent to AWAA. All paperwork is complete and now sent off to be certified.

3/30/11
Approved for the China Waiting Child Program!!! We are referral ready now - meaning we could potentially be matched with a child at any time.
