NVC Arrived!

We received our NVC notification of cable letter on Friday and now that we have it we have officially completed all Hague paperwork on our end!!! The next steps will take place in China between the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou and the China Center for Children's Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA) in Beijing. It will take 10 business days for the consulate to issue us an Article 5 (approval). Once the article 5 has been issued at the Conuslate and submitted to the CCCWA, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks for the CCCWA to issue us a TA/Travel Approval. Once the TA arrives at our agencies office they will call us to discuss potential travel dates. It can take anywhere from 2 1/2 -4 weeks for families to travel once they receive the TA. Praying for speediness throughout this next leg. Can't believe we are so close to packing for China and bringing our little guy home.
