What a sweet treat!!!

Got this video today and just had to share. It was a massive file so it is very small and grainy on blogger. Don't have a clue what they are saying but I'm on the hunt for a translator. So curious.

Approved for the China Waiting Child Program!!! We are referral ready now - meaning we could potentially be matched with a child at any time.
